Please Bring to Your Interview

  • All interviewees need to bring:
    • A current resume (dentists should bring a CVs).
    • Social security card. 
      • or a passport 
      • or birth certificate
    • Current driver's license
    • Hepatitis B immunization records if available
    • 3 professional references (name, title, phone # only)
    • Any reference letters you may have
  • Assistants also bring:
    • DANB certificate, if applicable.
    • Diploma from an ADA accredited school ( if applicable)
    • X-ray certification (must meet NC requirements)
    • Coronal polishing certificate (if applicable)
    • Nitrous certification (if applicable)
    • Current CPR card
  • Hygienists also bring:
    • Current NC hygiene license renewal
    • Current SC hygiene license renewal (if applicable)
  • Additionally, dentists should bring:
    • Current North Carolina dental license renewal
    • Proof of malpractice insurance
    • Your privilege license
